How to choose: Chamber vs. Atomizer

  • Chamber (cup-only) — swap the ceramic cup into your existing base; best for routine replacement.
  • Atomizer assembly (complete) — includes the base + ceramic cup; ideal if your old base is worn or you want a ready-to-install spare.

Why ceramic & coil-less?

  • Cleaner flavor with no exposed coils, glues, or fibers.
  • Even heating across the cup walls and base for steadier temps.
  • Deeper cups support larger loads and less stirring.

Care & Cleaning

  • After sessions, swab while warm with 90–99% isopropyl alcohol (ISO).
  • Deep clean: remove the cup, soak ceramic in 90%+ ISO ~20 minutes; allow parts to air-dry fully.
  • Do not disassemble heater cores; keep liquids away from contacts and the device body.

Troubleshooting

  • Weak hits: avoid overloading; clean cup & airflow; reseat O-rings.
  • Flashing / errors: inspect pins; remove, clean and reseat the cup/assembly.
  • Uneven heat: ensure full seating and tighten with light, even hand-torque.
