About Focus V Carta 3DXL

The 3DXL system upgrades Carta 2 and Aeris with an extra-deep ceramic cup that heats the walls + base for steadier temperatures, denser vapor and a smoother draw. Compared with standard cups, 3DXL supports larger loads, longer sessions and easier cleanup.

Chambers vs. Atomizer Assemblies

  • 3DXL Chamber (cup-only) — swap the ceramic cup into your existing atomizer base; best for routine replacements.
  • Atomizer Assembly (complete) — includes the base + 3DXL cup; ideal if your old base is worn or you want a ready-to-install spare setup.

Care & Cleaning

  • After each session, swab while warm using 90–99% isopropyl alcohol (ISO).
  • For a deep clean, remove the cup from the base and soak the ceramic in 90%+ ISO for ~20 minutes.
  • Do not disassemble the heater core; keep liquids away from electrical contacts and the device body.
  • Allow parts to air-dry fully before heating again.

Troubleshooting Quick Checks

  • Not hitting? Avoid overloading; clean the airflow path and reseat O-rings.
  • Flashing / blipping? Inspect contact pins for residue; remove, clean and reseat the cup.
